Where Mint Choc Media Ltd processes personal data on behalf of a client, we may use third parties to help deliver the service. Those third parties are subprocessors.

This page lists the subprocessors we have identified. It is maintained as our arrangements change.

Website and business infrastructure Review before launch

These providers support this website and our own business operations. In most cases we are the controller of that data rather than processing it on a client's behalf.

Shopify

Purpose: hosting this website, order processing and payments for the Revenue Leak Audit. Data relationship: processes personal data submitted through this website and at checkout. Region: Shopify operates globally, including transfers outside the UK.

Advertising and analytics platforms

When we deliver services, we work inside advertising and analytics platforms that the client already uses and controls, such as Meta and Google. In those cases the client is normally the controller of the account and its data, and the platform's own terms apply between the client and the platform.

We access those platforms under permissions the client grants. We do not extract or retain platform personal data beyond what is needed to deliver the agreed work.

Specialist delivery partners

We may involve specialists such as media buyers, creative specialists, UGC creators, editors or other contractors in delivering work.

Involvement in delivery does not by itself make someone a subprocessor. Someone editing a video or producing creative does not necessarily process personal data on a client's behalf. We treat a delivery partner as a subprocessor only where they actually process personal data for which the client is the controller, and where that is the case they are listed on this page and bound by written obligations consistent with our Data Processing Addendum.

Changes and objections

Where our Data Processing Addendum applies, we will give clients notice of intended changes to subprocessors and a reasonable opportunity to object, as set out in that document.
