Service delivery, cancellation and refunds

These are professional services

Everything sold on this website is a professional service delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped, nothing is dispatched, and there is no delivery address, tracking or courier involved.

Where Shopify's checkout shows standard ecommerce wording, these terms and our Terms of Business describe what is actually being supplied.

Revenue Leak Audit Review before launch

Price: £650, payable in full at the point of purchase.

What it is: a written diagnosis of the acquisition system, a prioritised list of findings, a 30-day action plan and a walkthrough call.

Timing

Delivery is normally around five working days from the point at which all required access and information have been supplied. That is the starting point, not the purchase date. Work does not necessarily begin at checkout.

If access or information is delayed, or is incomplete, delivery moves accordingly.

Qualification

The Audit is built for established Shopify stores with enough advertising history to diagnose reliably. We ask two qualifying questions before purchase for that reason.

If the Audit is not appropriate

If, after purchase and before substantive work has begun, we conclude that the Audit is not appropriate for the account, we may decline the engagement and refund the fee in full. We would rather do that than produce a report full of caveats.

Refunds after work begins

Once substantive work has begun, refunds are dealt with under our Terms of Business and applicable law. If something has gone wrong, tell us and we will try to put it right.

What is not promised​

The findings and recommendations are a professional opinion based on the data available. They do not guarantee a financial outcome. See the section on advertising outcomes in our Terms of Business.

Revenue Recovery Sprint

Price: £2,950 one-off, as displayed at the time of application.

The Sprint is application-led. It is not purchased through normal ecommerce checkout. An application places no obligation on either side to proceed.

Scope is agreed in writing before work begins. The Sprint focuses on the highest-impact problems identified and the agreed Sprint Scope. It is not unlimited marketing work.

Cancellation and any refund position is dealt with in the agreed Scope and our Terms of Business, because both depend on what has been committed and carried out.

Audit credit toward a Sprint

If you purchase the £650 Revenue Leak Audit and are accepted for and book a Revenue Recovery Sprint within 7 days of that purchase, the £650 Audit fee is credited in full toward the Sprint, subject to the agreed Sprint scope and terms.

The credit is applied when the Sprint scope is agreed. There is no code to enter. It cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to anything other than a Sprint.

Meta Growth Management

Price: from £1,750 per month. The final fee depends on spend, markets, complexity, number of accounts, and creative and reporting requirements.

Management is application-led. An application places no obligation on either side to proceed. Final scope, fee and notice period are agreed separately in writing before work begins.

Access and cooperation

All of our services depend on the client granting the access described in the relevant Scope, at the minimum level reasonably necessary. Read-only access is sufficient for the Audit.

Where access is withdrawn or not provided, we may be unable to deliver, and timescales and fees are affected as set out in our Terms of Business.
